Delivery & Shipping Information
Presently, Wine Country Lavender offers delivery within Australia, facilitated through Australia Post. During the checkout process, delivery charges are determined and incorporated into the total order amount, prior to completing the checkout process. Regional locations incur higher postage charges than metro locations.

Details provided are carried through the delivery process. Wine Country Lavender does not assume responsibility for any inaccuracies in the details provided, nor for instances of packages being misplaced or stolen subsequent to dispatch from Wine Country Lavender. The allocation of a tracking number is provided. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, with estimated delivery durations ranging between 3 to 7 business days, depending upon the recipient's location and Australia Post service.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Wine Country Lavender, we pride ourselves on crafting premium-quality products using farm-grown lavender and the finest locally sourced ingredients. Each formulation is created in small, fresh batches, adhering to strict processes to uphold our commitment to excellence. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. As artisans crafting handmade products with lavender and other botanical ingredients, minor variations in scent or texture may occur due to seasonal fluctuations.

Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Should you encounter any issues or concerns, we encourage you to promptly contact us via email for assistance. Please note that exchange or refund claims made, may be subject to refusal at the discretion of Wine Country Lavender. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring your experience with Wine Country Lavender exceeds expectations.

​We remind our customers to carefully assess their individual skin requirements prior to purchasing/using a Wine Country Lavender product. We strongly advise to read accompanying directions and recommendations provided with each product, and to conduct a small patch skin test before applying the product in its entirety.
It is paramount to exercise caution and store our products in a safe place out of the reach of children and pets. Only culinary products are suitable for consumption, and all other products are for external use only. Information provided by Wine Country Lavender and our range of products is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. In all instances, we advocate seeking the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for appropriate guidance. Wine Country Lavender is not responsible for any allergies, reactions, or illnesses from any of our products, services, or events, at any time.

At Wine Country Lavender, customer data is solely used for order processing and to tailor your interaction with us to best suit your preferences. This information is handled using secure technology, facilitated by our trusted hosting and payment providers. We do not disclose or sell these details to any third parties.
Personal information shared with us is retained for the purpose of providing updates on Wine Country Lavender, exclusively to those who have subscribed to our services ("our mates"). Credit card details are not stored within our systems for added security. ‘Cookies’ may be in use for analytical purposes and assessing website traffic, and you retain the option to decline ‘cookies’ acceptance if preferred.
Wine Country Lavender does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any Wine Country Lavender products or services purchased from its website.
Photography
Whilst at Wine Country Lavender, your photo may be taken and thus used on our website, social media profiles or in our future advertising material. Should you not wish to have your photo published, it is your responsibility to let Wine Country Lavender staff know prior to the start of your scheduled event/workshop. We we invite you to take and share photos of the gardens and the workshops on social media, but photos of the private homestead are not permitted.

Professional photoshoots can be organised and booked by appointment, and must abide by same terms and conditions. Please contact us for further information.
Indemnity & Risk Waiver
While doing our best to ensure the information available on our website is accurate, Wine County Lavender does not guarantee its website is free from faults or errors, and reserves the right to change information published on its website at any time.
Wine Country Lavender accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury to persons or property as a result of using/consuming our products, participating in any of our events, or being on our premises. When using/consuming our products and/or participating in our events, or being on our premises, users/attendees/participants/visitors agree that: "I (and other participants I register) use products/join events at my/their own risk. In the case of an emergency, I authorise to receive required emergency support or medical treatment as may be deemed necessary, and agree to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred from ambulance transport/urgent medical attention required at the time. I release and indemnify Wine Country Lavender, its employees, volunteers, agents, servants, and service providers against all actions, suits, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, costs, charges, any expenses whatsoever arising directly/indirectly out of any personal injury to myself (and other dependants)." ​

Visitors, Scheduled Workshops & Events
The following conditions apply to all purchases, visits, scheduled workshops, and events:

Bookings, and full payment at the time of booking, are required to secure visits, workshops and/or events. This is essential at all times, prior to arrival. Prices are in Australian Dollars, and inclusive of GST.

Booking confirmation (paper/digital) has to be readily available for checking upon arrival at Wine Country Lavender for all attendees/participants/visitors on the premises.

Classes are only confirmed once full payment has been received. It is important to note the event/workshop date and time, as reminders may not be sent.

Once payment is made, no refunds or transfers to another workshop can occur. Wine Country Lavender accepts no responsibility for refunds, transfers or postponements should the customer be unable to attend a confirmed date due to any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to help the customer find another suitable date if available.

When food/beverages is included, menus are subject to change. With notice (prior to booking if possible), we do our best to cater for Gluten Free and Dairy Free requirements. We are NOT able to cater for Coeliac diets, nut allergies, or other allergies resulting in anaphylaxis as there may be traces of such allergens in the air and on the equipment in use. Wine Country Lavender is not responsible for any allergies, illness, reactions, or other consequences, from any food/beverages purchased or served at any time on our premises. It is the responsibility of anyone with any food allergies (serious/non serious) to carry appropriate allergy medications or even an EPIPEN on their person when attending any workshop/event at Wine Country Lavender.

In the unlikely event that a scheduled class does not reach minimum numbers or due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, Wine Country Lavender reserves the right to change the date of the class or cancel. If cancellation occurs, a refund will be given, if you purchased a spot in a workshop or event (in the case of gift vouchers, these are non refundable – but you can reschedule your class to a new date).

Scheduled appointments, events and workshops commence promptly. It is advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of a workshop for registration. Late arrivals may be accepted, but interruptions to sessions will not be possible.

Wine Country Lavender harbours no responsibility of any physical and/or mental injury sustained at any time whilst on our premises. Even in the attendance of an event/workshop, all attendees enter/participate at their own risk.

Wine Country Lavender harbours no responsibility for any damage sustained to any motor vehicle, any other property, or loss of property when on premises for any reason. It is the responsibility of property owners to drive and park, and secure personal items. Any afore-mentioned issues should be referred to police.

In the event of disturbance, intoxication, disrespect or potential harm to others or the premises, you may not be allowed in the session, or asked to leave.

Children (under 16) can only be accepted at Wine Country Lavender if accompanied by a parent/guardian, or once a child enrolment form has been completed and signed by a parent or guardian and sent to us (and confirmation of receipt sent).

Wine Country Lavender accepts no responsibility for lost property. If found by a staff member, you may organise a suitable pick up time (or organise a courier) to collect your item. Lost property which remains unclaimed for over 28 days will be disposed or donated to charity.

Wine Country Lavender takes no responsibility for any person visiting/attending a workshop who arrives or departs the premises intoxicated, for driving a vehicle to/from the premises over the statutory limits, or for loss of a driver’s licence.
