Soothe Yourself is used for exactly what the name suggests, while diffusing a gentle scent of lavender when applied, rather than smelling like a gym-locker room in contrast to other products on the market.

This balm is a high-potency formula, made with locally sourced ingredients, with clinically-proven natural properties used in traditional therapies. Sweet almond oil is a great carrier oil in combination with vitamin-E, to assist in nourishing the skin. In traditional medicine, arnica, hypericum and camphor are used to help manage various ailments. Our formula is commonly used by health professionals in their treatment rooms to assist patients.

Due to the addition of camphor in this product, it not recommended to be used during pregnancy.
