As the light softens over the fields, you’ll be guided by Cynthia, an Integral Sound Healing practitioner and yoga teacher for over 25 years, through a gentle yoga practice followed by an immersive sound healing session designed to calm the nervous system and support deep restoration. The subtle scent of lavender, open countryside views and the natural rhythm of dusk create an environment that enhances relaxation and presence.
