Trevor takes regular inspection walks around the farm listing jobs to do (for us!)... we need to prune and fertilise before winter sets in, weed (always), & continue improving our soil (constantly).. and fixing irrigation hoses... the list is always long! We are also keeping an eye on new plants we are growing, including #aloe #rosemary & #rosegeranium, and our beautiful wattle is preparing its winter blooms, getting ready for @mikalathomasimagery!

🚜 We have been hard at work @winecountrylavender harvesting our lavender, bundling and drying in preparation for distillation in the coming weeks and to create some gorgeous lavender products we have lined up for you in the new year!

☀️ It has been extremely hot in our area, up to 43 degrees today - in fact, harvesting takes place at 6am to avoid the heat! We haven't opened our lavender picking experience this season yet but we will keep you posted if we have more fresh flowers again throughout Jan & Feb!
